How does check-in work?

We welcome you personally on site. If you arrive after 6 pm, you’ll receive an access code by text message in advance so you can go straight to your apartment – we’ll check in with you the next day.

Are bed linen and towels included?

Yes, everything is included and freshly made up. Just bring your toiletry bag.

When will I receive my booking confirmation?

Immediately by email after completing your booking. It contains all the essentials: directions, check-in, and what to bring.

Can I use the sauna?

Yes – one sauna session by the lake is included for apartment guests. Just let us know when you’d like to use it.

Is there parking?

Free parking right at the house.

Do I need to clean before leaving?

No. Final cleaning is included. Just tidy up, take out the rubbish, wash the dishes – done.
